Hotel a Pocono Mountain Lake Estates

“Very run down property, you can see where they tried to spruce it up.”

“Smelled awesome!!!!!”

“Great experience by far”

“The hotel was very clean,.. The staff was very helpful, the location of the hotel hands down can't be beat. The front desk customer service agent was the absolute best ..”

“Bed was very comfortable. But AC did not work. Host was not friendly. And the person cleaning the rooms glared at us on our way out the door before entering our room.”

“This is a fantastic place to stay. Mika, the owner is super-friendly and takes great care of guests and the property. They have everything in the rooms you might want-except for a microwave. The beds are super comfortable, and the sheets are soft and wonderful. Every time we're in the area, this is where we stay!”

“This motel has online check in/dropox which makes checking in very easy.”

“unfortunately after 10mins in the shower the water was freezing”

“Location was perfect. The housekeeper did a nice job but the room was very dated. The heater sounded like a race car and was very very old. The thermostat dial was useless. We had hotter than hell or cold air. Luckily the weather was nice so we didn’t need it often. Having said that it was a nice get away and we’ll probably go again next year.”

“Very clean and pretty motel in a beautiful and peaceful location in Pennsylvania. The staff were very friendly and the beds were super comfortable. The TV had many channels and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.”

“Friendly and Helpful Staff, Room was clean but thermostat was not working, ac was noisy and light in bathroom had bulbs out”
